Apex Tuning is dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction through our full line of high quality parts and services. We are driven to remain the premier independent Volkswagen/Audi/Porsche service and performance company through our focused attention to the driving experience.
Late summer 2006, a few close friends came together to build a company offering a wide variety of performance-oriented products and a full line of OEM and aftermarket replacement parts, as well as a full range of service work, including regular maintenance, service and repair, performance upgrades, and full custom builds.
In June of 2007, we moved into a small shop space just off a busy thoroughfare on the east side of Raleigh, NC. Over the next few years, we built up our customer base as the business grew steadily. As a result, we quickly outgrew the original location, and, in April 2010, we moved to a larger location that had recently become available a few hundred yards away. This shop (the second location), with roughly double the square footage, allowed us to service a much higher volume of vehicles while giving us room to grow. As we continued to grow, we eventually outgrew the second space as well. In March 2013 we packed up and headed to Apex, NC, a suburb of Raleigh (the location is available on the contact page). Here we were able to find a facility with four times the space of our previous location, easier access to major highways, and, again, room to thrive as the business continues to grow.
Bringing our vision to life has brought new challenges, but our commitment remains the same: providing our customers with exceptional service. We know Apex Tuning exists because of our customers, which is why we strive to deliver the same level of service and care that we expect in our own business and personal lives.
Since moving into our new shop space in 2020, we’ve proudly hosted an annual Toys for Tots event that brings together enthusiasts, sponsors, and members of our community for a great cause. Each year, we’re honored to make a generous donation to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation while creating an opportunity for everyone to come together and spread some holiday cheer.
We’re incredibly fortunate to work with industry vendors and sponsors who share our passion for giving back and support the event by providing some amazing raffle prizes. Guests can bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate and receive raffle tickets for a chance to win some of the great items our sponsors have generously contributed.
We typically host the event on the first Saturday in December, and everyone is welcome to stop by, check out some cool rides, meet some great people, and help us make the holiday season a little brighter for children in need.
We’re extremely proud to see this event grow year after year and are always excited to welcome new faces. We look forward to continuing this tradition and making each year’s Toys for Tots event bigger, better, and more impactful!
