Late summer 2006, a few close friends came together to build a company offering a wide variety of performance-oriented products and a full line of OEM and aftermarket replacement parts, as well as a full range of service work, including regular maintenance, service and repair, performance upgrades, and full custom builds.
In June of 2007, we moved into a small shop space just off a busy thoroughfare on the east side of Raleigh, NC. Over the next few years, we built up our customer base as the business grew steadily. As a result, we quickly outgrew the original location, and, in April 2010, we moved to a larger location that had recently become available a few hundred yards away. This shop (the second location), with roughly double the square footage, allowed us to service a much higher volume of vehicles while giving us room to grow. As we continued to grow, we eventually outgrew the second space as well. In March 2013 we packed up and headed to Apex, NC, a suburb of Raleigh (the location is available on the contact page). Here we were able to find a facility with four times the space of our previous location, easier access to major highways, and, again, room to thrive as the business continues to grow.
The materialization of our vision has brought many new and unforeseen hurdles, but we remain like-minded in our goals and fierce in our dedication to providing our customers with nothing short of outstanding service. We understand that without customers, Apex Tuning cannot exist. This is why we are committed to provide the level of customer service that we ourselves expect when dealing with a company, in both our business as well as in our personal lives.
