Since 2001, Accuair Suspension has been passionate about bringing technology and innovation to the air suspension industry. A drive to provide their customers with versatile, high-quality, reliable components has led them to the forefront of the air ride market.
At the heart of every Accuair air management package is the VU4 electronic solenoid valve unit, which can control 4 individual air springs. This sealed-housing unit routes all of the control wiring through a single weatherproof wiring harness, allowing it to be mounted virtually anywhere, either inside or outside of the vehicle. Their air management packages utilize reliable and efficient Viair 400c compressors, delivering 1.27cfm@100psi, all in a weatherproof housing.
Their basic system uses a non-leveling (Switch Speed) controller allowing the user to adjust bag pressure (and, thus, ride height) individually, in pairs, or through four adjustable presets (3 heights and “pancake down”).
The E-Level system uses four individual ride-height sensors and an electronic controller to maintain ride height and prevent cross loading. This system is available with two user interfaces: a programmable rocker switch for easy up/down functionality based on adjustable presets, and a touch pad interface that allows adjustments either individually, paired, or through adjustable presets. An optional wireless fob also gives you the capability of adjusting ride height from up to 200′ away when the vehicle is off.
Accuair carries complete air management packages for many aftermarket and OEM applications, as well as custom configurations. Needs individual components or spare parts? They have that, too. Accuair also offers air struts from Bagyard and Airlift, making them a one-stop shop for your complete air ride setup.
